If you send your package back, a return shipping fee must be paid, and who covers it depends on the situation. Read more below to find out when you need to pay for the return:
- I regret the purchase
If you regret your purchase, you will have to cover the return shipping cost. You are responsible for the package until we receive it, and if the value of the item is diminished during the return, you will be held responsible for the costs. This means that you may lose the full or partial amount of your purchase. However, if we receive the item undamaged and in its original packaging, we will fully refund the amount, including the delivery costs, to your account. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for the returned item. Read more about how to return your package here.
- I refuse to accept the package
If you refuse to accept your package, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- I have not collected the package
If you fail to collect your package from a pickup point or parcel locker, the package will be returned to us. We consider the uncollected package as a regretted purchase, and therefore, you will have to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive your package, we will refund the order amount, deducting the return shipping fee.
- I have discovered an error/damage
If you discover an error or damage to the item, we will cover the return shipping costs if your complaint is valid. Read more about complaints here.
